Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MDPassTest, a business run by a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. Please read them. By making an account or paying, you agree to them. Our contact details are at the end.

1. What MDPassTest is

MDPassTest is a question bank to help you study for the CCFP exam. It is for study only. It is not medical advice. Do not use it to make decisions about patient care.

We are not part of, or approved by, the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Your account is for you only. Do not share your login. Keep your password safe. Tell us right away if someone else uses your account.

3. Plans and payment

  • You pay once for a plan. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars. You see the price and any tax before you pay.
  • Your access starts when you pay and lasts for the plan’s length. Buying again adds time.
  • Stripe handles payment. We never see or store your card number.

4. Refunds

Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of paying and we will refund you in full, as long as you have done fewer than 30 cases since you paid. The money goes back to your card, and your access ends when we refund.

After 7 days, or once you have done 30 cases, we do not give refunds, including for time you do not use. You still have the Pass Guarantee (section 5).

If we charged you twice, or charged the wrong amount, email us and we will fix it. We also refund where the law requires it.

If you dispute a charge with your bank, your access ends when the dispute opens. If the dispute ends in your favour, the purchase is reversed. If it ends in ours, email us and we will turn your access back on.

5. Pass Guarantee

Pass the CCFP exam, or study free for your retake. Here is exactly how it works.

Who it covers

Every paid plan comes with the Pass Guarantee.

It does not cover:

  • an account that only used the free trial cases
  • access we gave you by hand, like a promo or test account
  • a payment you disputed or charged back

What you need to do

  1. Answer every question in every case in the bank.
  2. Do it before the first day of your exam.

What counts as not passing

Your official CFPC result says you did not pass.

It does not count if you withdrew, did not show up, or moved your exam to a later date.

How to claim

  1. Email support@mdpasstest.com within 30 days after the CFPC releases results.
  2. Send it from the email on your account.
  3. Attach your result. A photo or screenshot is fine.

We check your progress in our records and reply within 5 business days.

What you get

Free access to the full bank until the end of the next exam sitting. If you took the spring exam, your access stays free through that year’s fall exam. If you took the fall exam, it stays free through the next spring exam.

You can claim once. The guarantee is not cash, and it does not pay CFPC exam fees.

6. Free trial

You can try 20 cases free, with no card needed. We may change what the trial includes.

7. Our content

The questions, cases, explanations and everything else in MDPassTest belong to us. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, sell, scrape, or use them to train AI. If you do, we may close your account.

8. Changes to MDPassTest

We add, update and remove content over time. Medical guidelines change, and we work to keep the bank current and correct, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. Tell us if you find one.

9. Limits

MDPassTest is provided as is. Except for the Pass Guarantee, we do not promise any exam result. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using MDPassTest at any time. Email us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it starts. The Pass Guarantee terms on the day you paid stay the ones that apply to that purchase.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province, the consumer protection laws of your province still protect you.
